🎉 SONYA’S OPENING DAY MENU — OCTOBER 1ST! 🎉

Okay y’all… now that opening day is OFFICIAL, let’s talk about the FOOD. 😍

Here’s what I’m planning to have available for Opening Day pickup!

Meats, cheeses, fresh fruit & veggies, something sweet and a few special Sonya’s touches — including a new Hot Honey Pecan I’m testing!

Medium Graze starting at $55
Large Graze starting at $100

🍝 Charcuterie Pasta Salad
Tri-color pasta loaded with pepperoni, salami, ham, Pepper Jack, Colby Jack, colorful tomatoes, sweet peppers, pepperoncini and vinaigrette.

🍊 Orange Cream Grape Salad
Red grapes folded into a creamy orange mixture and finished with brown sugar pecans.

❤️ Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip
And if you remember this one from my café days… IT’S BACK! Sweet cranberry and cream cheese with fresh herbs and just a touch of jalapeño. This one gets even better after all those flavors have had time to come together.

🌶️ Sausage Cream Cheese Rotel Dip
Simple, creamy, cheesy and one of those dips you just keep going back for.

Definitely a Sonya's favorite and perfect on Everything!!!

Opening Day quantities will be limited, and PREORDERS ARE WELCOME!

SO… WHAT EXACTLY IS SONYA’S? 🧀🍓

With opening day coming October 1st, I realized I probably need to explain this part a little better! ❤️

Sonya’s is NOT a sit-down restaurant. There won’t be tables, waitresses or a dining room where you come in and order a meal.

Sonya’s is a licensed charcuterie, grazing & catering kitchen located inside The Collective in Rector — and this kitchen is going to allow me to do SO much more than I could before!

🍇 Grab-and-go goodies
🥗 Cold salads, chicken salads & specialty items
🧀 Dips, cheeseballs & seasonal creations

And October 1st is our FIRST DAY! 🎉

Opening-day snack boxes are $15 Standard / $18 Premium, and I’m taking preorders NOW.

GROUP ORDER DEAL: Get 10+ boxes delivered to one school, office or workplace, and the person who organizes the order gets their box FREE! 🙌

You do NOT have to be in Rector to order from Sonya’s. ❤️ I’ll be announcing scheduled pickup and delivery areas as we get rolling.

Sonya’s is officially booking weddings, showers, birthday parties, work events, holiday parties, celebrations… whatever you’re planning, let’s make it GOOD. 🤎

October already has several events on the books, November has started filling, and December is officially open for those holiday parties and gatherings! 🎄

And I’ve been working behind the scenes on some new setup and prep techniques that will allow me to take on more than one event in a day or weekend without sacrificing the detail and presentation I want Sonya’s to be known for.

Sonya’s is officially ONE WEEK away from our planned opening! 🧀🍇🍓

We have one final step — our local health inspection — and then this girl is READY TO GO! 🙌

So I’m opening up PRE-ORDERS NOW for next Thursday, October 1st!

I’ll be offering delivery to Paragould, Rector & Marmaduke for schools, offices and workplaces!

5,750. 🥹❤️

I know to some people that might just look like a number, but today it means a whole lot more to me.

Since Sonya's hit 5,500 followers back in June, 250 more of you have joined this page and started following along while I've been building this little dream of mine.

You've watched me plan, change things, learn, test ideas, hit roadblocks, wait (and wait some more 😂), and keep figuring out how to make this thing happen.

And TODAY — the same day I finally get to tell y'all that SONYA'S IS OPENING — we hit 5,750 followers.

I don't think the timing could've been any sweeter. ❤️

To the people who've been here from the beginning, and to the 250 of you who've joined us along the way — thank you for believing in Sonya's before I've even opened the doors.

Now let's see how fast this little community can get to 6,000. 😉

Y’all… I just got off the phone with the Arkansas Department of Health, and I’m sitting here a little emotional. 🥹❤️

After all the waiting, planning, paperwork, figuring things out, changing plans, buying equipment, testing recipes, dreaming, stressing and wondering WHEN I was finally going to be able to say this…

IT’S HAPPENING. 😭🙌

I have just a couple of little tweaks left to make, and my license and permit are coming!

✨ SONYA’S IS GETTING READY TO OPEN OCTOBER 1ST! ✨

And somehow, while I’ve been waiting for this piece to fall into place, other pieces have started falling into place too.

I went and talked with a large flea market between Paragould and Jonesboro yesterday, and once I get the cooler situation taken care of, Sonya’s will have the opportunity to sell there too! 👀

Rector. Paragould. Jonesboro. And hopefully more to come.

I don’t think it really hit me until I got off that phone call today just how hard I’ve been working toward this or how badly I wanted it. I’ve spent so much time thinking about what Sonya’s could be.

Now I finally get to start showing you. ❤️

Charcuterie. Grazing. Catering. Grab & Go. Dips. Salads. Classes. And a whole lot of ideas I haven’t even told y’all about yet. 😉

October 1st. Here we go.
