Good afternoon, everyone!

We will be closed on Saturday, June 20th, as our head chef will be returning to China to visit family and get his dental work done. We will be back open on Sunday, June 21st, with new business hours (2:30 PM to 8:30 PM, Wednesday to Monday). These will be our new business hours until after Monday, July 27th, which is when our head chef returns.

Round 3 of our series brings us a classic everybody knows!

The Orange Chicken

Our orange chicken is made using battered chicken thigh meat that are deep fried first before it is transferred to the wok where it is mixed with our special orange chicken sauce and then plated on some fresh orange slices.

Welcome back to our second post of our concurrent food introduction series!

This time we are introducing the concept of our Lunch specials which are available from 11:30-3:00PM on all the weekdays (excluding Tuesdays because we’re closed on that day) and excluding holidays.

Lunch specials have their own special list for you to choose from, ranging from Sweet and Sour Pork all the way to Tofu & Vegetable.

They include the chosen main dish along with the choice of B.B.Q Pork Fried Rice or Chicken Chow Mein. Soup of the day (wonton soup or hot and sour soup) is included for dine in customers as well but not for to-go orders.

Hello everyone!

We’re kicking off a new food introductory series where we will be presenting you with some of our most popular dishes visually along with providing a description of the ingredients and what makes them special!
Whether you’re a regular or a curious observer, we hope this series gives you the chance to see many of our dishes!

Introducing our first dish for the series:
The House Special Egg Foo Young

A freshly made omelette filled with thinly sliced cabbages and onions that is first pan fried and then deep fried. Giving it a distinctive crispy crust and a soft pillowy interior. It is then plated with a fresh savory brown gravy mixed with mushrooms, water chestnuts, chicken, beef, pork, and shrimp that is delicately poured on top of the omelette.
