🎉 Tonight is this special lady’s LAST NIGHT at Nic’s! Come say hi to Sandy for her last trivia shift behind the Nic’s bar! She is joining the band and hitting the road! 5-8pm
Sandy, you have been with Nic’s since day one. Through the early days of Nic’s trying to build something when our entire community was still trying to rebuild itself.
That first year after the Camp Fire looked very different than it does today. Many of our employees were living in RVs. Some were taking showers with a garden hose. Everyone was carrying their own story of loss while still showing up each day to help us become one of the first businesses to open after the fire.
And through all of it, you showed up for people.
You rallied to wash uniforms. You offered hugs, encouragement, laughter, and created a place to feel hope.
Your light has always brought a sense of love to Nic’s, and you helped turn this community restaurant into the family it is today.
From singing to shaking cocktails, your warm smile and positive spirit have brightened everyone’s day.
We are going to miss seeing you behind the bar, but we know you will just be on the other side of it as a customer now.
Thank you for being there from the very beginning. Thank you for helping us rebuild. And most of all, thank you for helping make Nic’s feel like home.
Once part of the Nic’s family, always part of the Nic’s family.
