Hola!

Although many already know us to be your favorite Mexican Food Truck on the ridge; we’d like to reintroduce ourselves. We are Mi Taquito Grill Paradise! Formerly known as El Caporal, our truck is under new local management that you can know and love. Our menu and service has been updated and reimagined to bring you fresh, authentic Mexican food right here in Paradise.

We are still located at 6150 Clark Rd. and welcome you to come visit us for a delicious meal and your daily dose of friendly faces. We do have limited patio seating available! Bring your kids and your dog (or if you’re that one guy with the goat, we’d love to see you again too).
