Introducing the Korean Honey Butter Chicken Sandwich 🤤

Toasted Brioche, jalapeno cream, crisp lettuce and cool slaw with two of our signature hand breaded chicken tenders dipped in Chef Alfaro’s house made Korean Honey Butter sauce and topped with scallions and kosher dill pickles.

This sauce fuses traditional Taekyung red pepper powder with Gochugaru Chiles, light hints of citrus and Gochujang in a honey butter sauce creating an Umami Punch in every nook and cranny of the chicken tenders.

The proper answer is spice level is highly subjective, but we tested it amongst team members with no heat tolerance to “make me sweat when I eat” heat tolerance and all agreed this sandwich was the baby bear of being “just right” with little to no heat.

Introducing the Korean Honey Butter Chicken Sandwich 🤤
