These past four years in this space (and the many years before—from our previous location to the Taco Bliss trailer) have meant everything to us. From our early days to this chapter, you’ve filled nido with laughter, connection, celebrations, special everyday moments, and so many memories we’ll carry with us forever. We’re endlessly grateful—for your support, your trust, and for the chance for Chef Ed to share his creativity and flavorful food with all of you (and of course, those bomb margaritas!)
We also want to clear something up—we know there have been unfortunate rumors circulating for a while, but this decision was made about two weeks ago. When we said we weren’t closing, we were being truthful and meant it at the time.
We’d love to see you over these next couple of weeks—come by, grab a meal, share a hug. Help us celebrate what this place has been—and show our incredible team, Rico, Sam, Shay and Cam some extra tip love if you can.
We’ll be open regular hours: Mon, Tues, Fri 12–8.
This isn’t the end for Chef Ed—just a pause and a reset. There will be more to come down the road, and we’d love to stay connected with you. You can message us or sign up for the email list while you’re in.
Thank you for being part of this chapter of our lives. nido has always been more than a restaurant because of you. Thank you for showing up for us all these years. And please keep showing up for your local spots—they need you more than you know.
