We’ll be at the end of Grand Avenue in Paonia Monday & Tuesday, 11am–8pm, with the oven cranked up and plenty of pizza coming out of it.

Naturally fermented dough.
Wood-fired with local fruitwood.
Made by hand right here in the valley!

Things turn out best for the people who make the choice to eat pizza and drink b**r, regardless of how things turn out.

Come down to the shop today, Saturday. Hang with us and Hungry Bird Pizza. This two-person team spends days, painstakingly preparing fresh ingredients and hand-made dough, and then baking their pies in a wood-fired oven, all so you can devour them in minutes.

They'll be here from 4pm - 8pm, or until they sell out. The bar's open serving adult beverages and playing sports on tv till last call.
