Cook House may no be longer operating in Paoli, but we are alive and well in Evansville at Hop Garden Brewing & Tap Room - Evansville, WI. In fact, we're excited to announce that under our new name, we've been nominated for Best BBQ by Madison Magazine. Kindly, take a minute and vote for us in this category. We will open early on Friday at 1 pm! Bring the family to Paoli and let us do the cooking (and the dishes!) Happy Thanksgiving!

It's Thanksgiving Eve and we are open 4-8 today! Kick off the holiday weekend with a cold one. We are closed Thursday for Thanksgiving so our Brew Crew can enjoy time with their families. We will open early on Friday at 1pm, so bring the visiting family to Paoli for some craft beer and BBQ from the Cook House. Wishing you all a very Happy Thanksgiving!

As the weather shifts, so does our schedule. Note the Cook House will only be open on Saturdays and Sundays and select Fridays through the winter season. The Mill Paoli is still a no carry-in park, and yes, that means drinks AND food. We suggest taking advantage of our Pitcher and Pizza pairing from JonnyO's Pizzeria on the days the Cook House is closed. Have a pizza delivered to the Tap Room from JonnyO's and receive $5 off your first pitcher of beer! Fun fact: JonnyO's uses Hop Garden Brewing's spent grains in their crust! So delicious! Cheers to a great season and we'll see you on the weekends!
