95% of the items on our menu are Home-Made. Of course, all the BBQ is made right here. We also have home-made corned beef for Rueben Sandwiches and Corned Beef Hash, home-cured bacon, fresh-cut fries (reg and sweet tater), onion straws (breaded to order), fresh-ground burgers, fresh-cut salads, chicken tenders (breaded to order), deep-fried pork tenderloins, as well as our cole slaw, tater salads, beans, chili, among others!

Bring on the fireworks!

Libertyfest '26 is coming, and this year we celebrate 250 years of America! We are excited to welcome back Victory Pyrotechnics & Special Effects, who will provide the fireworks show! We are excited to have the Osawatomie Community Band and Trevor Holman & The Haymakers provide musical entertainment, as well as the National Anthem to be performed by Carly Hicks. John Helms will bring his military jeeps to display during the celebration. Inflatables will be there for the kids, provided by Mundell's Pumpkin Patch! Contact [email protected] if you would like to participate in this event, or volunteer to help! The BBQ SHACK, Southern Eats, KC Deeyas, Sno Shack, Amber's Country Creations, and Western Sky Lemonade will be on site for tasty eats and treats. The United States Marine Corps Reserve-Topeka, KS, Sgt. Jeffery S. Mersman Memorial VFW Post 6397 and Fuller Thompson American Legion Post #48 will present and retire the colors, and there will be plenty of fun! ***Note: Times are subject to change

ABTs GONE!

We've been pretty busy lately with various jobs and no time to get to the Family Center Farm & Home Paola. We plan to be back there next Wednesday 11-2, and hopefully through Saturday. This week has consisted of cooking 40 pork butts. When those are done, it's time for some days off. BUT, in the meantime, I cooked up some ABTs for a custom order and I cooked 1 dozen extra. I'll sell that dozen for a $30 bill. Let me know if ya want them. Shoot me a text at 913.634.1538. Pick up here at BBQ HQ. I will update this post once they are gone.
