As a first time restaurateur & (owner/chef of a restaurant), and changing the name and menu of a long and well established place, I have to give a huge shout-out to our staff. We've kept as many Big Fish team members as possible and attracted as many new as possible. All of them, including our awesome Bobcats students (but mostly), are providing exceptional service!! We have an awesome and very customer friendly team. We hope you agree!
These days, every establishment is struggling with staff shortages and we are no exception. We've managed to attract staff from other local restaurants (of their own accord) and hope to attract more due to our quality, service and ethics.
We truly hope our new Pangtown Value Menu and Panguitch grab-n-go menu items will win us in your hearts and minds. I mean, after all, all of us that own and work here are LOCALS.
We will be open in winter, minus a short break to renovate the interior and fix some serious electrical issues, but we'll be here to serve some awesome burgers, steaks and soups this winter!
