Given my late start this season, I'm eager to schedule events for this weekend, the rest of summer, and early fall, offering Cheesesteaks, loaded all-beef hot dogs, loaded nachos, Fried Bologna and or Gyros upon request, alongside Lemon Shakeups and Loaded Teas, with plans to transition to a soup cart with multiple types of soup and comfort foods like Beef Manhattan and Chicken and Dumplings in the fall. After many personal changes last year I was not sure if I would continue with my cart. After much thought and contemplating I finally decided to start doing what I truly enjoy ( being around people and serving great food ) and get back at it. I received my license again and had my first event yesterday @ Tom Ahl in Lima. I am now looking for new and exciting menu changes and places to get set up and started again.. Looking forward to a new fresh start. New options coming. Let me know what you would like to see. Nothing from a fryer. I hope everyone has a great and SAFE summer.
