I’ve been experimenting with fresh-milled flour, and I’m officially hooked.
I’ve done three different batches so far, and honestly… each one has turned out better than the last. With this most recent batch, I finally felt ready to share the results with others — because when something keeps improving like this, it feels meant to be shared.
So let’s do a giveaway 🎉👇
I’ll be drawing THREE people to each receive a fresh loaf of bread made with my fresh-milled whole wheat flour.

Now here’s the part I’m really excited about — did you know what fresh-milled whole wheat actually contains?
Unlike store-bought flour, fresh-milled flour keeps the entire grain intact — the bran, germ, and endosperm — which means it’s naturally rich in:
✨ Fiber
✨ Protein
✨ B vitamins (thiamine, niacin, folate, B6)
✨ Vitamin E & Vitamin K
✨ Iron, magnesium, zinc, selenium
✨ Phosphorus & potassium
✨ Antioxidants
✨ Healthy fats from the bran & germ
✨ Active enzymes (something our bodies need daily)
✨ Complex carbohydrates
Because it’s whole and freshly milled, it’s digested more slowly, helping provide sustained energy and reducing rapid blood sugar spikes.
Real ingredients. Real nourishment. Real results.
I can’t wait to share this bread with a few of you
