We told ourselves we’d pick a favorite.

That was our first mistake.

Because how exactly are we supposed to choose between pumpkin + brown sugar shaken espresso, white chocolate pumpkin + cheesecake, salted butter pecan cold brew, brown butter + maple, toasted marshmallow, apple caramel butter… and pumpkin matcha?

So instead, we’re accepting that the only reasonable solution is to work our way through the whole menu. 🤷‍♀️

In case you need a refresher, meet the fall lineup:

Sometimes it’s much simpler than that.

It’s texting a friend, “Want to grab coffee?”

It’s recognizing the person you always seem to see when you stop in.

It’s bringing your laptop because you need to get out of the house and work somewhere that has a little life around you.

It’s meeting a client or coworker somewhere that feels a lot more comfortable than a conference room.

It’s sitting down by yourself with your favorite drink and realizing that being alone doesn’t necessarily mean feeling alone.

Those everyday moments matter, too.

At The Soul Space, we love our events, workshops, gatherings, and all the reasons we get to intentionally bring people together.

Kinda chic to open up a coffee shop that becomes a community. ☕🤍

But before The Soul Space became a place for coffee dates, Saturday mornings, meetings, friendships, events, and familiar faces walking through the door in Panama City…

it looked a lot like this.

Building. Sanding. Painting. Planning. Figuring things out as we went.

We thought we were building a coffee shop.

Somewhere along the way, we realized we were building a community. 🫶🏻

A place where friends meet for coffee.

Where someone can pull out their laptop and work for a few hours.

Where people recognize each other across the room.

Where a quick coffee turns into a conversation.

Where community events turn into real friendships.

Where you can walk in by yourself and immediately feel like you’re part of something.

And yes… where we make a really good cup of coffee, too. 😉

Looking back at where The Soul Space started makes what it has become feel even more special.

Because the counters, tables, coffee, and menu are all part of it.

But the people who walk through these doors are what turned this little Panama City coffee shop into The Soul Space.

Lucy is a Florida wife, mom, and speaker who brings raw honesty, humor, and deep faith into every room she walks into. Through the beautiful, the painful, and the hard seasons most people never saw, she’s held onto one truth she can’t stop sharing:

On September 24, Lucy joins us for the very first She Speaks: Stories of Tragedy to Triumph — a new monthly gathering at The Soul Space created for women to connect through real stories, real experiences, and real hope.
