Representatives of Tally-Ho Drive In have been vocal about their discussions with the DOT and a lease agreement that will allow them to call the corner of Harrison Ave. and Highway 231 home for at least another year.

Dear Bay County and surrounding County Communites,
We are thrilled to share some truly wonderful news with you. After months of hard work, collaboration, and heartfelt determination, Tally Ho Drive-In has officially signed a lease with the Florida Department of Transportation, ensuring that we will remain at our historic location for the next year, after that year is up we will revisit with DOT and see if another year will be available.
This milestone means more than simply staying in place. It means preserving a piece of Bay County history for another year—one that has been part of family traditions, first dates, after‑game gatherings, and everyday life since 1949. Your support, your stories, and your loyalty have played a major role in keeping this beloved landmark alive. So come eat and continue to make memories with us on our beloved corner of 15th & Harrison!

This man works harder than he should be to make sure Tally Ho is stocked and ready to rock every day, every burger you eat comes from the love of this man standing and hand pressing each and every one, plus so many other things!
