Happy FriYAY! We have two dinner features tonight!

Feature 1 is a 7 ounce Grilled Wild Alaskan Halibut paired with charred summer squash risotto, roasted garlic butter, and a fennel salad with a tomato-caper vinaigrette!

Feature 2 is a Tuna Poke Roll filled with tuna poke, sesame seeds, cucumber, avocado, scallions, crispy shallots, onions and spicy mayo, topped with eel sauce, smoked trout roe and micro greens!

Happy 4th of July everyone! We will be CLOSED today to allow our staff to enjoy 250 years of America with their friends and family. We will reopen tomorrow, July 5th, at 5:00 pm. We hope everyone has a safe and fun time celebrating the independence of our country!

Starting the week off hot with two features!

For the sushi feature we have the Volcano Roll! Inside is spicy tuna and cucumber topped with avocado, Kani salad, tempura crunch, green onion, sesame seeds, sweet soy, and spicy mayo.

For the drink feature we have the Golden Hour! Blood orange juice, lime juice, tequila, triple sec, St. Germaine, and a prosecco floater.
