Big John’s isn’t some random place to clock in and clock out. This place has been part of this town for 12 years. Families eat here. Kids grew up eating here. Regulars walk in and already know what they’re getting. That means the people behind the counter matter.

We need dependable people who can show up, work hard, keep a good attitude, and take pride in being part of something that actually means something around here.
