About Us: We are currently looking for a strong, outgoing, and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and cashiering skills to help fill our cashier position. We are a fast-paced, friendly gourmet salad and sandwich shop located in downtown Palo Alto. We are looking for:

Requirements for Cashiers:
Passion for high-quality food
Must be proficient in the English language with great communication skills
Must have an enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude
At least 1 year of cashiering experience preferred
Friendly & reliable
Ability to work in a team environment
Great organization skills
Be proactive in all aspects of the job
Must be 18 years or over
Food handler certificate
Duties & Responsibilities:
Greets all customers politely when they enter the restaurant
Take in-person and call-in orders
Monitors orders and ensures their prompt delivery
Help package food and ensure orders are handed to the right customer
Helps with kitchen prep, salad, and soup production when needed
Up-sells in-store promotions, when applicable
Listens to and resolves customer complaints, suggestions, and inquiries
Keeps the counter and dining area neat and clean
Sweeps floor regularly
Understand neat, clean, organize is part of the job
Restocks napkins, straws, lids, and other supplies in the dining area
Familiar with 3rd party delivery apps is a plus
Follow register closeout procedures at the end of the shift
Inventories supplies and goods with supervising manager, when necessary
Takes money from customers and provides correct change
