15 Years ago we opened our doors.
Just Shannon and I with the help of few family members.
We had no idea what we were doing but we gave it all we had to make it work.

To the amount of family we served, the beautiful stories we shared and the so so sad ones that we will never forget and we still talk about some time to time.

Many become friends and seeing their kids growing is so amazing and delightful.

Is been a pleasure to serve this community, the nurses, the doctors and anyone else that made for this little tiny mom and pop shop to survive for this long.

We truly appreciate you and we wish to continue for another 15 years.
It would not be possible without you, so Thank you so very much for the continuous support.

Alberto Guardia began growing coffe in the 1970’s.The 100-hectare farm sits at the foot of the active Poás Volcano in Costa Rica’s Central Valley.
The farm uses 100 percent renewable energy that’s harvested on the farm by and also eliminated excess water usage by only employing the natural and honey processing method.

Join Tootsie's in accelerating reuse in our community as we partner with .org and to bring you the program designed to reduce single-use waste in restaurants. For a limited time, your meals will be packaged in reusable containers that can be dropped off in our collection bins anytime at no additional cost. As the first restaurant in Palo Alto to participate in this innovative pilot, our initiative to dine disposable-free is a first step to defining what’s possible for the planet, and together we can set the standard for sustainability.

Since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic an estimated 300% more single-use waste has been created by take-out orders. This Earth Day, Tootsie's is committed to rethinking how take-out is done and we’re excited to announce a partnership with .org and for an environmental initiative to reduce disposable foodware for take-out orders.

As the first restaurant in Palo Alto to be part of the initiative, from April 20 to May 17, all take-out orders will be packaged in reusable containers that are delivered to the restaurant and collected daily. This innovative program is safe and convenient, and all you have to do is return your used containers to our collection bins so they can be washed, sanitized, and reused by the next diner. Your support is essential to our success, and together we can define what’s possible for our planet!

Adopt a doc and nurse started with an idea from a friend and a big donation from
In 9 weeks we donated 9360 meals to local hospitals,8 employees kept their job and we kept our business afloat. Simply amazing the support of this community that makes you feel so appreciated and loved,you guys made me cry few times I’ll be honest! We can not thank you enough. Adopt a doc and nurse will always be available even after COVID-19 because is always a good time to show appreciation to our healthcare professionals for all they do every day. From the Tootsie’s team we would love to say thank you for your continuous support.
