Located in a 1930’s historical building in Palo Alto, Coupa Cafe offers a warm and cozy environment to enjoy its exquisite single estate, certified organic and fair trade coffee from Venezuela. Aside from the coffee, Coupa Café is the exclusive representative in northern California of Chuao Chocolatier, and offers their delicious Chocolates, bonbons and truffles made from Venezuelan cacao. The extensive menu also includes breakfast pastries, French pastries, crepes, salads, paninis, Venezuelan specialties like empanadas, cachapas and pabellon, as well as other gourmet foods, b**r and w**e. For the first time in the United States, coffee lovers have been able to savor the exquisite flavor and aroma of Coupa Cafe through its outstanding blend and the wide selection of single estate Venezuelan coffee. Happy Hour is from 5:00pm-7:00pm daily, offering specials on drinks and appetizers.

Always 100% Arabica. Roasted with care in our Loring Smart Roast Smart Roaster and packed fresh, our coffee is available whole bean or ground, in 12 oz bags for your everyday brew or a 5 lb bag for the really committed. 🤎

Thanks to the incredible support of our customers, team members, and community, Coupa Café is proud to donate $16,018 to support earthquake relief efforts in Venezuela through Alimenta la Solidaridad.

We’re grateful to Alimenta la Solidaridad, Alimenta La Solidaridad Int, and Roberto Patiño for the extraordinary work they are doing to bring relief to those affected.

Venezuela is where our story began. In response to the devastating earthquakes, we’re partnering with Alimenta la Solidaridad to help provide relief for victims and support ongoing rescue efforts.

From June 29 through July 5, Coupa Cafe will donate $1 from every beverage sold at all locations to support these efforts.

The Coupa Circuit.

Over the past 22 years, we’ve watched friendships form, study groups gather, job interviews happen, business partnerships begin, and even startups get their start over a cup of coffee.

Every day, students, professors, founders, alumni, neighbors, and regulars come through our doors. Together, they’ve helped create the energy, connections, and sense of community that make Coupa special.

A lot has happened around our tables over the years, and we’re grateful to have been a small part of so many stories.

Thank you, Theo Baker, for including Coupa in How to Rule the World and for capturing a piece of that story.
