Midnight Moonlight catching a little afternoon sun. ☀️🍕

Eggplant, roasted tomatoes, organic red sauce, fresh mozzarella, local Gorgonzola, mint and chili thread. Savory, creamy, bright, with just enough heat.

One of our favorite seasonal pies, but its days are numbered. Just a few more weeks before Midnight Moonlight fades away. 🌙
