Both here at Ettan and at Copra, Chef Sri highlights food he grew up eating on the southern coast of India. You'll find unique South Indian dishes on the Copra menu such as Sundal made with black chickpeas, Shinko pears, raw mango and nasturtiums.

This women's day we are highlighting two of our strong women who helped create and manage our restaurants & - our founder & co-owner, Ayesha Thapar, and our Chief Operating Officer, Dana Katzakian.

Ayesha is the visionary that birthed the two restaurants and is instrumental in conceiving the design and energy.

Dana is the engine behind it all who brings years of business and operations experience to both restaurants and keeps both large operations running smoothly!
