As we reflect on the challenges our sister location, Frank's at the Old Mill is currently facing, we've taken time to gather our thoughts about their recent health score and people have been worried about ours asking us to post it.
We've received numerous phone calls, emails, and messages, many of which have been filled with kindness, encouragement, and unwavering loyalty. We want to express our deepest gratitude for the outpouring of support.
These gestures bring us to the heart of the matter: We've also seen our fair share of negative comments, some of which have been hurtful and unfair and we want to acknowledge the negativity that's been circulating.
To those who have chosen to focus on the negative, we understand that it's easy to criticize, but we believe that setbacks are a part of growth and we urge you to consider the impact of your words and that true strength lies in resilience. We know that currently the team at the Old Mill is working hard to meet and exceed the expectations of the inspectors.
Every challenge we face is an opportunity for growth, and we're not alone – we stand together as a family, united in our pursuit of excellence. When one of us faces difficulties, we all face them, and when one of us succeeds, we all thrive. That's the spirit of community, and that's what makes us strong.
We've been blessed to be a part of two beautiful communities supporting those in need, from employment opportunities to donations, local causes, sponsorships, families and individuals in need plus more. Your kindness and support mean the world to us
