I received my favorite compliment today, and I swear it makes me burst every time 🥹

“I come to your shop because it’s ALWAYS consistent.”

That is my entire why.

It’s never been about making the fanciest drinks. It’s about knowing that whether you stop by on a Monday morning or a Friday afternoon, your favorite drink is going to taste exactly the way you expected.

Hearing that reminds me all the early mornings, the systems, the training, and the attention to every little detail are translating into the experience I hoped we’d create.

Tomorrow, from open - noon is your last chance to be served by our sweet Makenna. 🥺 Seeing you off to college is so bittersweet for me! Watching you grow from a cute little third grader into the beautiful, talented, hardworking young woman you have become has been such an honor. Thank you, for putting your heart into XtraCup since day one. It will not be the same without you, and you always have a place when you are home visiting! I recently completed our quarterly COGs (cost of goods) analysis, and my Red Bull drinkers may notice a very small price adjustment on those beverages.

After reviewing our numbers, that was the only area where margins needed a little attention. This is actually the first price increase we’ve made since opening, and I wanted to be transparent about it.

My goal has always been to keep XtraCup affordable while maintaining the quality, consistency, and service you’ve come to expect. These small adjustments help us continue doing just that.
