Wow, it's been a while since I have made a post, but I saw that today is national Dessert Day so thought I better make one!
Just wanted to say thank you for all of the cheesecake orders lately, but not only recently, I have enjoyed so much making cheesecakes for everyone for over 3 years now. I never in a million years ever thought I would be making cheesecakes, cakes and other desserts. I never really made any desserts of any kind, I really enjoyed just cooking. I have had so much fun though baking & getting creative with desserts. I love now, how I have regulars every year that contact me for their birthday cheesecake!

I will be out of town Oct.26-Nov.5th, so I won't be doing any cheesecakes during those dates, but you can still order online, just reference the date you are wanting your cheesecake/dessert in "special instructions".
It's also not too early to start ordering for Thanksgiving, but I will be posting a Thanksgiving menu soon for pre-order.

I will try to be better about posting, I am just not sure how much people are wanting to know. If you would like me to post more about what I have been cooking/creating, new ideas let me know and I will :)

Open display cabinet very well built, floral wrought-iron on upper corners, 2 lights & glass shelves that can be removed for cleaning. Can be easily transformed to fit your style/vision. I love this piece & don’t want to part with it, but I don’t have room for it.

Butternut Squash Sage Soup w/ a Harvest Fig Aged Balsamic Drizzle!

I have missed making soups and looking forward to making them again.
It's kind of funny cause before having the restaurant I hardly ever made soup. In fact, there were only 2 soups I ever made, creamy potato & zuppa. After opening I learned quickly people wanted soup, and they wanted soup every day, even when it was really hot out, it didn't matter.

I know I haven't posted for a while, I think I just really needed a break, I never stopped going when we moved locations. I don't need much of a break though, I am ready to get back at it! The transformation of the garage into a commercial kitchen is going great! I am looking forward to having food back in Bushes Bunches Stand & as far as what else is in store for Sweet Gypsy, I have lots of ideas so will have to see what comes to life!

One thing that I am still doing currently and will always continue to do is take cheesecake orders. Especially with holidays coming up, it will be available online to order, so you don't even need to email me, just place your order :)

Well it's getting exciting! We are starting to dismantle the current commercial kitchen and move it to the house where we are creating our forever commercial kitchen, this gypsy is done moving! Apart of me has always wanted to create here, but I have no regrets about how this journey has gone, I have learned so much and still learning all the time. It feels good to be bringing this business back to the place where all the dreaming started.

So unfortunately, since we are taking apart the commercial kitchen, I have to go back under cottage foods and with doing so that limits what food I can have in other locations, such as Bushes Bunches Stand and Homespun Alley. I cannot have temperature-controlled foods, such as salads, cheesecakes or soups :{ I am hoping this kitchen is done, inspected and ready to be up & running in a couple months. We have become experts on putting together commercial kitchens, so really hoping all goes smooth and fast!

I am going to start having dinners, soups, salads and desserts for preorder every week. Under cottage foods, since you are purchasing from me, its allowed :) There will be 2 different days & time frames for pickup, so hopefully it will work with most schedules.

When the commercial kitchen is up and running, we will be back and up & running at Homespun Alleyy & Bushes Bunches Stand.

For the preordering, you are ordering a week in advance. Ordering will be Monday-Friday, starting tomorrow. When you order there will be a place where you can write a note, (special instructions), that is where you will say what time/day you choose from the choices I will have listed for pickup.
