Well it's getting exciting! We are starting to dismantle the current commercial kitchen and move it to the house where we are creating our forever commercial kitchen, this gypsy is done moving! Apart of me has always wanted to create here, but I have no regrets about how this journey has gone, I have learned so much and still learning all the time. It feels good to be bringing this business back to the place where all the dreaming started.
So unfortunately, since we are taking apart the commercial kitchen, I have to go back under cottage foods and with doing so that limits what food I can have in other locations, such as Bushes Bunches Stand and Homespun Alley. I cannot have temperature-controlled foods, such as salads, cheesecakes or soups :{ I am hoping this kitchen is done, inspected and ready to be up & running in a couple months. We have become experts on putting together commercial kitchens, so really hoping all goes smooth and fast!
I am going to start having dinners, soups, salads and desserts for preorder every week. Under cottage foods, since you are purchasing from me, its allowed :) There will be 2 different days & time frames for pickup, so hopefully it will work with most schedules.
When the commercial kitchen is up and running, we will be back and up & running at Homespun Alleyy & Bushes Bunches Stand.
For the preordering, you are ordering a week in advance. Ordering will be Monday-Friday, starting tomorrow. When you order there will be a place where you can write a note, (special instructions), that is where you will say what time/day you choose from the choices I will have listed for pickup.
