🌟 There is talent shining across the Fairgrounds. You won’t want to miss the Valley Quilters in the Hoskins Building, plus all the incredible performers on the stages, from The Gathering Place and Watering Hole to the Alyeska Pipeline Colony Stage and the Sluicebox. 🎶

🐿️ Not all of the Fair talent is human. Fall in love with Twiggy, the famous water-skiing squirrel showing her moves in the Alaska's News Source Corral.

At 12pm, get a load of the Livestock Costume Contest. Yes, you heard that right. Farm animals dressed up! 🐷🐮🤩 At the Craig Taylor Farm Exhibits.

⭐️🎶 TWO CONCERTS TODAY at the ConocoPhillips Borealis Theatre!! 1PM & 7PM ⭐️

😆 At 1pm: Expect wry humor and catchy songs from award-winning actor, author, and avid woodworker, Nick Offerman. Presented by iHeartMedia Inc.

Enjoy free admission all day for kids 12 and under! We believe in giving back. A donation of two shelf-stable food items is encouraged.

📣 Race alert! The annual Diaper Derby and Toddler Trot is happening on the office lawn by Red Gate. 🧷🚼 This is our oldest running event, a crowd-pleaser since the first Alaska State Fair in 1936. Presented by Combs Insurance.

🥤 Stop by the Coca-Cola Trailer for a tasty ice-cold experience you won’t forget! 🐻‍❄️

🍪 It’s going to be a delicious day! 😋 Fun and frosting await at the Hoskins Exhibits building with a FREE cookie decorating event presented by Great Harvest Bakery Cafe Wasilla. And don’t miss the Cookie Contest at 7pm, presented by Vagabond Blues.

🤘💥🎶 Speaking of stellar entertainment, get ready to be rocked to the stratosphere by pioneering thrash metal band ⚡️ Megadeth ⚡️🎸 at the ConocoPhillips Alaska Borealis Theatre. 🎶 Concert starts at 7pm but doors open at 5:30pm. Arrive early to make it through the security scan!
