22 Years… Where Has the Time Gone? ❤️🚂
It’s hard to believe that we’re getting ready to celebrate another anniversary at the Steaming Tender.
When we opened our doors in July 2004, we had a dream of bringing new life to this beautiful historic railroad station. We hoped to create a place where families could gather, celebrate milestones, make memories, and experience a little piece of Palmer’s history.
Looking back at this original newspaper announcement brings back so many emotions. We could never have imagined the incredible journey that was ahead of us.
None of this would have been possible without YOU—our loyal guests who have supported us through the years, celebrated birthdays and anniversaries with us, introduced us to your children and now your grandchildren, and continued to make us part of your lives.
We also want to thank our incredible staff, past and present. Your hard work, dedication, and genuine care for our guests have helped make the Steaming Tender what it is today.
As a family business, we are especially grateful that Scarlet and Linea have grown into such an important part of this journey. Watching them help carry our dream forward has been one of our greatest blessings, and we couldn’t be prouder.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in us and helping make our family’s dream come true. Every meal served, every laugh shared, and every memory made over the past 22 years has been because of all of you.
Here’s to many more years of history, hospitality, and making memories together.
