Whipped peanut butter ganache- served in Belgium chocolate bowl, topped with Reese’s peanut butter cups.

Just a quick heads up for everyone about the Fourth of July!

This year we’re trying something different. Instead of our regular menu, we’re hosting a private, ticketed Fourth of July party with an all you can eat buffet , reserved tables, games, contests, private restrooms, and a cash bar that we capped at 60 people.

Because the entire restaurant has been reserved for our ticket holders, we won’t be open for regular dining or drinks that day. I know some of our regulars may stop by hoping to grab a bite or just have a drink, but we really need to keep this event just for the guests who purchased tickets ahead of time.

I promise we’re not trying to exclude anyone we just want to give the people who planned ahead and bought tickets the experience they paid for. We have 14 tickets left, so if you want to purchase one stop in no later than Friday.

Thank you all for understanding and for always supporting our little restaurant. We hope everyone has an amazing Fourth of July, and we’ll be back to normal right after the holiday. ❤️🇺🇸

Macaroons VS Macarons
If you compare a macaron recipe with that of a macaroon, you might notice that their ingredients are actually pretty similar. Both cookies are made with egg whites, sugar, a few drops of vanilla and a pinch of salt. However, macarons are typically made with finely ground blanched almonds, while macaroons are made with sweetened flaked coconut.

We do macaroons here, dipped in Belgium chocolate, paired with berries. This is naturally gluten free, but oh so delicious!

Join us for an exclusive Fourth of July Party overlooking the lake. Enjoy a festive buffet dinner, full cash bar, air conditioned comfort, private restrooms, If the community fireworks display proceeds as scheduled, guests will enjoy one of the best views around. Guests may come and go and still have a table saved for them!
