Being in Rochester i couldn't pass up the chance to get some famous Dinosaur BBQ. Had to try at least 3 meats. Brisket with pickled jalapeño, 1/4 chicken, and pulled pork. The spice is perfect on the Brisket, which is absolutely delicious with their homemade wango habanero bbq sauce. Chicken is so juicy and cooked perfectly also with the habanero bbq. The pulled pork i couldn't put my fork down, the original Dinosaur bbq sauce they have here is off the charts combining sweet and savory to last longer then Dinosaurs themselves. Mac n cheese lacked, you cant sprinkle paprika on Mac and expect it to be a masterpiece. Corn bread is the best ive ever had!! My only quam is the overall smoke flavor. Nice smoke ring on the brisket but overall im not getting a lot of smoke flavor upfront which imo is a must. 8.5/10 will definitely be returning someday and cant suggest it enough to others if you're in Rochester or Buffalo!

Haven't been here since I was a teen on a snowmobile ride. The ride usually ended with a quick bite to eat at listons or the lake house in ashfield. Having seen the new establishment its no wonder Listons has become the pinnacle of bar food in the hilltowns and even western MA. Whenever I try a bars food for the first time I always go for the burger. IMO If the burger isn't good then why try anything else? The burger was cooked perfectly, the bacon was thick and smokey, and the fixings were fresh! The spring rolls and onion rings were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Washed it all down with a blood orange lager from baystate Brewing. To top off my trip back to listons the service was outstanding. 10/10 would suggest to anyone. If you're traveling through Worthington or even close to it stop at listons or remain a vagrant to some of the best bar food I've ever eaten.

We will be at Four Phantoms Brewing Company tomorrow for some Friday night dice with Fox Hill Board Game Club. Come sling some dice while I sling some tasty bbq treats. On the menu will be Rodeo smash burgers, Timmy cheesesteaks, bbq kielbasa, sweet broccoli salad, onion rings and fries!

Lemon, garlic, rosemary brined, bbq chicken. Fries three different ways. Sweet broccoli and bacon salad. And Mexican street corn for sides. Decent turn out for Westy Acres Disc Golf tournament today. Always a pleasure cooking at the old RPM Fest site! Shout out to Puza's Pure Food Market for hooking it up as usual!

Our 2nd Annual Seafood Boil was so much fun! Boiling seabugs is my favorite kind of service! Was nice to see some old friends and make some new. I hope to keep this tradition going, every boil just seems to get better! Thanks to all that came out to Four Phantoms Brewing Company 🦀🦀🦀🦀🤌
