20K of you. We’re still pinching ourselves. 🤍
When we moved here from Europe, we knew nothing about opening a business in a foreign country. Permits, licenses, labor law, tax structures... we learned it all as we went, usually the hard way. 😅
We walked away from corporate and bet everything on a little coffee shop and the hope that people still want a place to come together.
We’ve made so many mistakes along the way, and we still do. That’s how we learn. And you stayed through all of it. You gave us grace on the hard days, cheered us on during the wins, and kept showing up.
While we raise our three kids, we’re building something we could never build alone: a home for this community. Every regular we greet by name, every friend you bring, every “see you tomorrow”... that’s the real TRIO.
We don’t take a single cup, or a single one of you, for granted. Thank you for believing in us 🫶🏼
