Set in a 1936 bungalow in Palm Springs, our restaurant is the creation of friends from different paths. Food by Executive Chef Matt Resler.

Open daily for dinner from 5-9pm (reservations recommended). Ash & Vine Restaurant serves brunch (walk-in) & dinner (reservations recommended) in the heart of Downtown Palm Springs. We are perfect for a date night, special occasion, or intimate event with charming dining areas inside and outside.

Join us on Monday, November 4th, for Culinary Colors: Fine Dining Meets Fine Art—an intimate evening presented by Ash & Vine and acclaimed California artist Adam Rodriguez.

Set in the intimate, interactive atmosphere of our bar space, this one-night-only experience merges storytelling, gastronomy, and live creation:

✨ A 4-Course Curated Journey: Chef Matt will guide you through a custom prix-fixe menu, revealing the ingredients, flavors, and inspirations behind every plate.

✨ Live Art in Motion: Watch celebrated Indio artist Adam Rodriguez—known for his expressive, large-scale works and collaborations spanning Anderson .Paak to Kobe Bryant—create an original piece live throughout the dinner.

✨ Take the Masterpiece Home: At the end of the evening, the completed original painting will be raffled off to one attending guest. Additional works by Adam will also be on display and available for purchase.

At Ash & Vine, you’re able to walk into two completely different experiences depending on your mood. Whether you’re feeling dark and moody or light and airy, you can indulge in our full food and drink menu on both sides.
