Kaiser Grille is temporarily closed as we prepare for an exciting transformation and the next chapter of our Palm Springs story.

Building on more than three decades in Palm Springs and three generations of family tradition, we're bringing our story, our live-fire cooking, and the Kaiser Grille experience to life in an entirely new way.

Since 1992, Kaiser Grille has been part of the city’s dining culture.
The restaurant is located inside a historic 1956 mid-century modern building designed by E. Stewart Williams — a name closely connected with Palm Springs architecture.

Kaiser Grille was founded in 1992 by Kaiser and Lee Morcus and became one of Downtown Palm Springs’ recognizable dining names.
Its home adds even more character: a 1956 mid-century modern building originally built as Haggarty’s, a premium women’s boutique.
