We're keeping the prix fixe vibes going post-restaurant week and into the summer. Look for weekly updates to dishes sliding on and off the 3-course format for $59. While business simmers down in the desert these next few months, it's actually one of the most exciting times of the year for us in the kitchen as all our California produce moves clearly into a period of being the best produce on the planet, as we continue to highlight small farmers and local farmers markets.
Champagne flights may be gone for now but Sancerre flights have taken over!
