Le Vallauris' best kept secret in 36 years is.....we have a fabulous LUNCH served 6 days a week and a delectable Champagne Brunch on Sundays, open from 11:30 am until 2:30 pm! Chef Jean Paul has created some new lunch items such as the Filet Foie Gras Infused Sliders served with French Fries (truly mouth-watering!).
