Mmmm our special at El Paseo for the holiday weekend is California Short Rib Birria Burrito with scrambled eggs, braised short ribs, crunchy tater tots, Oaxaca Cheese with ripe slices of avocado. Take that and dip it in the short rib, adobo/guajillo broth (like a French dip) and you are in for the most flavorful treat. Chef Jonathan has outdone himself on this one. Come to El Paseo on this Friday/Saturday/Sunday.
