For 50 years, the Costa family and the people who have worked alongside them have shared a love of authentic Italian cuisine, warm hospitality and a tradition that has become part of Palm Springs. 50 Years of Family, Tradition & Palm Springs. 🇮🇹❤️ Long before there was a 50th Anniversary to celebrate, there was Johnny Costa in the kitchen, cooking, creating and sharing his love of Italian food with the desert. In Feb. 1976, Johnny opened his first restaurant, beginning a family tradition that would become part of the Palm Springs dining story. Today, Chef/Owner Vince Costa proudly carries his father's legacy forward at Johnny Costa's Ristorante, preserving the recipes, traditions and warm hospitality that have welcomed generations of guests.
