Las Casuelas Original Established in 1958, The Original Las Casuelas was the first restaurant in the Delgado family tradition. We specialize in homemade Sonoran-style cuisine.

Family-owned and operated since 1958 when Maria and Florencio “Del” Delgado decided to share their classic, family recipes with the community. Family recipes, which until then, had only been passed down from generation to generation within the Delgado family. being the original, small location- we haven’t changed much since we opened in 1958. and we like that. when the food is this good, and the desert mountains grace us with a backdrop, there isn’t much to innovate; It just works. 🌄
