All moved. Not set up, but moved and processing the last 3 years.

The Sukha Life was born in 2018 out of my need to find ease in my anxiety filled world. In 2023 I opened the first brick and mortar.

What has transpired in the first three years has been awe inspiring. It’s been quite a ride for me and that’s how life is. Saying yes to ease is my North Star.

More important than that is you. Each of you who have come to Sukha needing relief and respite from the rigors of life have made this next expansion feel like ease.

The next few days we’re settling in, I turn 57, and Sukha Life celebrates 3 years in its physical incarnation.
We open in the new location on July 4th with bookings and new summer programs.
