Well... I just wrapped up my FOURTH news interview for the week about why we pulled lettuce from our salads. Never in a million years did I think "lettuce" would be my claim to fame. 🥬😂

Anyhow, if you're in an area where the rain has you looking for a cozy lunch (that doesn't involve lettuce obviously.. ha ha), we've got plenty waiting for you! And we're happy to add other extra veggies.
Our Southwestern Black Bean Soup is simmering away. This yummy soup is loaded with black beans, tomatoes, corn, and all the comfort you need on a rainy Florida day.

Plus, our NEW Cauliflower Wings have been absolutely flying out of the kitchen! Toss them in Buffalo or BBQ, have it on the side (just tell us how you want them) then dunk them in our house ranch... if we haven't already made another batch. (that stuff is gonna get street sales going.. know what i mean)? 🤦‍♀️ Holy moly that ranch goes.

And since July is National Ice Cream Month, I'm pretty sure ordering a milkshake is basically your civic duty. Don't argue with me... it's the law. (Okay, maybe not... but it should be. 😂)

But, the reason I'm posting this, is because shortly after I posted that we were pulling lettuce temporarily, Bloomberg reached out to interview me.

It's Two for Tuesday!

Yes... Two for Tuesday is absolutely happening today!

We've received a few questions after our post regarding the temporary pause on fresh leafy greens, so we wanted to reassure everyone that your favorite specials are still here!

Today's 2 for $22 includes your choice of:

- Philly
- BBQ Philly
- Cuban
- Mississippi

Each meal comes with:

- French Fries
- Coleslaw (or another side if you prefer)
- Drinks for both

The only small change is that sandwiches normally topped with lettuce will simply be served without it for now. If you'd like a little extra crunch, we're happy to substitute another topping whenever possible.

This temporary change is simply one more way we're choosing to put our guests' health first while the current Cyclospora investigation continues. Everything else you know and love is still being made fresh, hot, and with the same care we've always taken.

So don't let a missing leaf of lettuce keep you away! Come grab your Two for Tuesday, enjoy a great meal, and let us do the cooking.

💚 To Our Green Table Family 💚

Because so many of you come to us for fresh, healthy food when choosing salads, etc, we wanted to be transparent with you.

With the current Cyclospora outbreak still under investigation, we've made the difficult decision to temporarily remove fresh salads, spring mixes, and some raw leafy greens from our menu as a precaution.

To be clear, none of the products we purchase have been identified as contaminated, and no supplier we use has been confirmed as the source. This is simply a decision we've made because your health means everything to us.

Every week we've been taking extra time to carefully inspect our produce and doing everything we possibly can to ensure it's safe. But when it comes to delicate spring mixes and leafy greens that are meant to be eaten raw, there is only so much we can do. Rather than wonder if we've done enough, we'd rather make the difficult choice to pause them for now.

At The Green Table, we've always believed in doing what's right—even when it's inconvenient.

We would rather inconvenience ourselves than risk even one guest becoming ill.

This isn't about fear. It's about the responsibility we feel every time someone chooses to trust us with a meal.

We'll continue serving the fresh food you know and love, and we'll be watching the investigation closely. As soon as we feel it's appropriate, our salads and leafy greens will return.

Thank you for understanding, for supporting us, and for allowing us to always put you first.

You guys, if you've been out to our franchised location in Wesley Chapel at The Krate at The Grove.
You know the food is great. Edson and Vanessa and the team do a fantastic job representing the brand.

These are soooo good!!!
