Dear Friends and Valued Members of the Community,
As many of you are aware, Bogota Kitchen and Bar has, in recent months, been under the management of new tenants who leased and operated the establishment.
Regrettably, the arrangement did not unfold as anticipated for either party — ourselves as landlords and the tenants as operators of the business. While we had high hopes for this new chapter, things did not unfold as envisioned.
Given the circumstances, we found ourselves with no choice but to bring the Bogota concept to a close.
Given the slower pace of the summer season, we have chosen to take this time to thoughtfully reconsider our direction and develop a new concept and culinary experience for the downtown Palm Harbor community, which we look forward to unveiling in the coming months.
Bogota Kitchen + Bar holds a very special place in our hearts ❤️. It taught us valuable lessons, helped us grow 🌱, and became a meaningful part of our journey. The experience was filled with both highs and lows, and while it was far from easy, we are deeply grateful for everything it brought us.
To those affected by this transition — especially the staff whose roles were impacted — we offer our sincere sympathy. While we were not involved in the hiring or management decisions made by the operators of Bogota Kitchen + Bar, we recognize how difficult this outcome may be and extend our heartfelt wishes for new opportunities ahead 💼✨.
