We bring our mobile catering cart to you for complete, on-site food service using local ingredients and the freshest mix of flavors you’ve ever wrapped in a tortilla. Carte Blanche Gourmet is led by Shantal Chase, who returned to Phoenix following a 20-year career in the San Francisco and Manhattan culinary scenes. With partner Alana Hankins and a team of assistants, Chase crafts all dishes from s

cratch for corporate events, community festivals, and private soirees. Serving 8 styles of gourmet tacos, 6 hand-crafted salsas, soups, sides and select desserts. Popular favorites include:
