🌿 TASTE THE GARDEN IS COMING TO SOUTHERN CYPRESS BISTRO! 🌿

We’ve been giving you little sneak peeks, and now it’s time to officially invite you to the table.

Join us for Taste the Garden, a special multi-course tasting experience created to showcase what Southern Cypress Bistro is all about — fresh ingredients, creative flavors, thoughtful presentation, and Chef Caleb getting the opportunity to have some fun in the kitchen.

Throughout the experience, guests will enjoy multiple specially curated courses brought out throughout the event. And with Halloween only a few days away… don’t be surprised if Chef Caleb adds a little spooky flair to what hits the table.

The menu itself? We’re keeping that part a surprise. You’ll just have to trust the Chef.

Let’s talk Biscuits & Gravy!

Chef Caleb’s house-made Cathead biscuits are big, hearty, and made right here in our kitchen — and right now, you can enjoy them in dishes many different ways. Here are two we are highlighting!

✨ Chorizo Biscuits & Gravy — $20
Our house-made pimento cheddar Cathead biscuit is cut in half and topped with locally sourced chorizo sausage, sherry cream gravy, fried shallots & onions, your choice of egg, and local herbs.

✨ Chipped Beef Gravy Special — $16
Creamed chipped beef gravy and béchamel served over our house-baked biscuit with eggs on top.

Same Southern comfort. Two completely different plates.

Our Deconstructed Jambalaya starts with head-on shrimp served over tomato & andouille sausage rice, paired with mixed local vegetables and finished with a fragrant lemongrass broth and avocado.
