At Jolie American Bistro, our burrata plate is fresh, elegant, and made for the perfect light evening meal.

We use only the best creamy burrata, imported Italian prosciutto, fresh tomatoes, arugula, balsamic glaze, and focaccia bread made in-house.

What a night. 🇪🇸✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us for **La Noche Española** at Jolie American Bistro. This was a special one-night event, and the response was truly overwhelming.

From the flamenco to the live paella to the 21 different kinds of tapas, wine, music, and the wonderful people who filled the room, it really was a magical evening.

We love being part of Palm Bay, and nights like this remind us how lucky we are to be welcomed by such a supportive community.

Every couple of months, we hope to create special evenings like this, each inspired by a different part of the world, bringing new flavors, music, culture, and experiences to Jolie.

Last Sunday night, Jolie came alive!
Thank you to everyone who joined us for La Noche Española at Jolie American Bistro. Seeing our dining room filled with laughter, over 20 different tapas, 2 types of paella being prepared live in front of guests, and a fantastic Flamenco performance, it all made for an unforgettable night.
- A special thank you to Chef Osvaldo Mendoza, Chef Traci McIlwain, and our incredible teams from Palm Bay & Miami for helping bring this experience to life.

We are deeply grateful to the Brevard community for embracing us these past few months.
