NEWS NEWS NEWS! The 13 Brix Smoke Stack normally held every Saturday night will NOT be open to the public. We are completely sold out due to private events on every Saturday all of July. We encourage everyone to come to Varaison on Friday nights for your weekend getaway. 6pm to 10 pm every Friday night. On this Friday the Fire Pit Friday pizza event will be rollin dough. Come and get your piggy foggy fix ..........

July 4th the staff of 13 Brix will be off for the holiday enjoying time with friends and family. We encourage everyone to turn out for the annual parade and festivities in the park here in Palisade on Saturday. It is always a good time. STAY SAFE, STAY POSITIVE, AND PLEASE DO NOT SET OFF FIREWORKS!

Friday July 3rd we will have the pig roast at Varaison Vineyards and Winery. Opens for fun and festivities at 6 pm. If anybody wants to come early for the "big reveal" when the hog comes out of hiding, show up at 430ish.....

This is open to the public and will continue serving it up until we run out. Watch for the Facebook and Instagram updates about the event!

13 Brix BBQ SMOKE STACK is where you want to bring your dad for Father's Day Weekend. Succulent pulled pork, pork belly burnt ends, pork ribs, and all the sides. Slow smoked over French Oak wine barrel staves for a unique Palisade flair. In Texas it is post oak, in Palisade it is French oak! Join us at 130 W. Third St. in downtown Palisade. Saturday night from 5PM until sold out!
