Palisade Picnic will be welcoming a local into the kitchen! An authentic Cajun cuisine will be Served. Come and enjoy Chicken and Sausage Gumbo served with Rice. Potato Salad as an optional side. First come First serve!

Prepared by Mikka, who was born and raised in Port Arthur, a small town named Cajun Capital of Texas where homemade Southern dishes were served daily in her home! Raised by a French mama, who had a passion for cooking, the kitchen was a space full of yummy food, love and laughter. A true labor of love. She knew one day she would create just that for her family and others. Mikka loves to cook, serve and watch the Joy that comes from others experiencing a taste of the South while indulging in her Southern Spiced Cajun dishes! Food is a big part of her culture and wants to share it with y’all. You don’t want to miss it!
