FRANKSTON, WE ARE SOLD OUT!

What an incredible first trip to Frankston. We weren’t sure what to expect, but you all showed up and showed out.

A huge thank you to Midway Package for having us and to every single person who stopped by, tried something new, shared a kind word, or waited patiently in line. We truly appreciate the support.

We love bringing our Hatch green chile favorites to new communities, and today reminded us why we do what we do.

WE’RE HEADED NORTH!

Tomorrow marks the first time Hatch’d & Loaded has made its way this far north, and we’re bringing something new to the area.

We’ll be at Midway Package in Frankston, TX serving from 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM or until sold out.

From Hatch’d Cheeseburgers and Loaded Hatch Fries to Chop Cheese sandwiches and our Signature Hatch Green Chile, there’s plenty to choose from. But some of our favorite creations never make it onto the menu board.

If you’re feeling adventurous, ask us what’s cooking. You may stumble onto your new favorite meal.

Come hungry and help us make our first trip north one to remember.

It’s been a little while since you’ve seen Hatch’d & Loaded.

Over the last month, I’ve been dealing with some personal health matters and chose to keep that part of my life private. I appreciate everyone’s understanding and the messages checking in along the way.

The good news is that I’ll be back serving food starting tomorrow.

As I ease back into things, service may be a little slower than normal and there may be days where I have to adjust hours or availability. I’m taking things one day at a time, but I’m excited to get back behind the window and do what I love.

Thank you to everyone who has continued to support Hatch’d & Loaded. Your support means more than you know, and I’m looking forward to seeing familiar faces again.

Even Hatch’d & Loaded has to take a break from the grill sometimes. Tonight, me and our youngest decided to grab some All G’s and enjoy a quiet evening at the park together.

Good food. Fresh air. Family time. Sometimes that’s exactly what you need after a long week. And with Mother’s Day this Sunday (for those of you who are forgetful 👀), don’t forget to slow down and spend some time with the people who matter most. Take your mom out, give her a call, or just make sure she knows she’s appreciated.
