Come enjoy the crêpe shop one last time before we close! For those of you that didn’t attend the meeting it was unanimously decided today that my land was not going to be changed to commercial. I am adjacent to dominoes and Athens dry cleaners which are commercial and have no privacy fence. It was sold to me as commercial! I have a picture of the realtor sign. The city says it’s mixed residential with residential! Palestine shutting down another business of somebody that’s not from here!

My request to move the shop to 111 MOORE Drive was unanimously denied but Monday night city Council meeting can override it at 5:30 please come! It was sold to me as commercial but the city says it’s mixed residential with residential!

Save the Crepes & coffee!!! Zoning and planning meeting August 5 at 1:30 PM in City Hall at 504 N Queen St. Please come!!!I have purchased this land comm/residential and want put the crepe shop on it! I’m asking for a zoning change since the city has a new ordinance. They won’t allow the crate or just a coffee shop on mixed commercial and residential land! Please attend the meeting!
