Big thank you to our friend Johnson the owner of 207 Diner, Scoop Dogs, Salt Springs Pizza and soon to be announced new restaurant for cooking/donating pizzas and delivering them all the way from Salt Springs. They did not last long π
Big thank you also to Mike Paul our friend and Diner business mentor for coming over to celebrate the going away/Happy Birthday parties with us. Mike and Johnson helped us start Jho Jhos Diner π
Last but not least and big thank you Margie Underwood for being a part of our celebration tonight. Margie took our entire family in and helped us learn what it's like working in the food business. She trained Inday Jho Jho how to be a server and eventually made her the manager of her Diner "Little Margies" on the island in St Augustine. I learned how to prep food while there, Jhovin was a dishwasher and Jhoan was the cooks expediter then he began his journey learning how to be a cook.
Our friendship with these three people means so much to us πππ½
