Apple Day 2026..
Did we kill it or did you kill us?!
We had to make this one a family affair, with all hands on deck..even little ones! (Please don't report us for child labor)
There are so many people to thank that helped make this weekend possible. First, to Paintsville Elementary for allowing us to set up. Y'all were quick to respond with every question we had. To Brooke at Hawaiian Shaved Ice of Paintsville- we couldn't operate without you! To Spuddies Food Truck for feeding us, supporting us, and fixing our tent! To Streets of Bakersfield Taco Co. For always checking on us and making sure we're fed- we are blessed to know you and work alongside you! To the new food truck from Crossroads General Store- the best smoked bologna sandwich we've had! BAMS BBQ & MORE for the BEST bbq!
To our workers (even the ones who stopped by just to chat and ended up clocking in) who never stopped the entire weekend- we truly couldn't have done it without each of you. Especially Ricky Joe for making sure we had ice when there was none to be found.
Finally, to our customers. We thank you last, but know that you are our top priority. We couldn't do any of this without you. What started out as a fun little side gig last year has turned in to something we never could have imagined, and its because of you. Those of you who have became repeat customers and those of you who are just finding us for the first time, we express our gratitude for each and every one of you. Our hearts are forever thankful that you choose us, time and time again.
Several people have asked this weekend what the "bg" stands for in 2bg. It was originally intended for 2 broke girls, but after this weekend, we should change it to 2 blessed girls. That's what we are, in fact. 2 blessed girls, forever appreciative of you all. See you next weekend!🩵🍋
