This is a Maui built story… but not the one you’d expect.
Our salt comes from Molokaʻi—right here in Maui County.
But before it makes it back to Maui, it actually travels to Long Beach… and then returns home.
That journey always stuck with me.
When I was living on Maui building this business, I had a bigger vision. I wanted to support local farmers. Maui County has over 40,000 acres of citrus, plus so many small growers doing incredible work. Featuring farms like .dried.fruit.company
So I set out to source the best ingredients I could—keeping everything rooted in Maui County. Real flavors, real people, all coming together to complement the Maui Sea salt. Reducing our carbon footprint, while supporting Maui farmers!!
Today, Our business is based in Santa Cruz, CA. Our ingredients are 100% Maui grown.
My vision was intentional. I always wanted something I could run from anywhere.
But it’s also personal.
After the Lahaina fires… and a couple life curveballs… being close to family mattered more than ever. If my kids couldn’t grow in Maui, I needed to come back to be closer —
The roots are still in Maui.
The mission is still the same.
Just building it from a different space 🧂🍋🍍
