What a night. ✨

We’re still taking in such a special evening at Passport to Pagosa. We were incredibly honored to receive Most Flavorful, Best Decorated Booth, and People’s Choice.

Our family showed up simply excited to serve, share a little taste of Patria, and spend the evening alongside so many wonderful local businesses and people in our community. To be recognized in this way was completely unexpected and means so much to us.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, tried what we made, voted for us, or shared such kind words. And a huge thank you to the Pagosa Springs Area Chamber of Commerce for all the work that went into creating such a special evening for our community.

We’re grateful to call Pagosa home, grateful for our team, and grateful that we get to keep doing what we love alongside this community.

They remind us of meals shared around family tables, recipes handed down, and the familiar tastes that have been part of Pagosa for generations.

Our Huevos Rancheros are our way of honoring a little of that nostalgia while adding our own Patria twist—rooted in tradition, made for the table we’re gathering around today.
